Day 1: Nagpur to Haridwar +

Beginning your journey from Nagpur city to Haridwar which is the starting point for Char Dham and other religious places in Uttarakhand. You can travel by state or private buses, Nagpur Junction, or Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar Airport to the holy city of Haridwar. Our main head office is in Haridwar which benefits us in terms of connectivity, transport services and our expertise in this region. When you arrive in Haridwar our driver will pick you up from the location and drop you at the hotel in Haridwar. Rest and have your meal in the hotel. Fortunately, if you get some time, you can seek Ganga Maiya darshan and explore the ghats.

Day 2: Haridwar to Barkot +

Distance between Haridwar and Barkot: 175.2 km
Duration: 5 hours 34 minutes

Beginning Your yatra to Char Dham from the second day, you will be dropped off at Barkot, the first resting point. After your breakfast, get ready to go for a road trip through the Garhwal mountains and hilly terrain, enjoying the scenic view throughout the drive. Our driver will drop you at the hotel, where you take ample rest and take your meal. Utilise your extra time by taking a tour to the Barkot city and exploring the markets, culture and people. Have a good sleep as you need energy for the next day excursion to the Yamunotri Dham.

Day 3: 1st Dham: Barkot➡Yamunotri➡Return Barkot +

Distance between Barkot and Yamunotri: 45.6 km
Duration: Approximately 1 hour

Wake up! On day three we will travel for our first yatra to Yamunotri Dham. Eat your breakfast, and the driver will drop you at Jankichatti, a 6 km trail to Yamunotri. After arriving at Jankichatti, either trek on foot to the Yamunotri or hire a doli, pithu or pony ride at your own cost. After you have completed the trail, you will arrive at Yamunotri Dham, where you can see the revered Yamuna temple and the Yamuna River flowing downwards through mountains. While trekking there is a Yatra registration counter or you can do the registration in advance through online mode. On reaching the dham, there is a Jamnabai Kund and as a ritual you have to bathe in it before Yamunaji darshan. Also, a separate space is for cooking rice in this hot water spring as Yamuna Devi prasad. After this visit the Yamunotri Temple, daughter of Surya Dev, and also, there is a Surya Kund where you can take the blessings. If you have time, trek to Kharsali to see Shani Temple and the winter seat of Yamuna maiya.
After exploring Yamunotri, trek back to Jankichatti, where our driver takes you back to your hotel in Barkot. Enjoy your meal and have a sound sleep.

Day 4: Barkot to Uttarkashi +

Distance between Barkot and Uttarkashi: 82 km
Duration: 2 hours 30 minutes

On the fourth day, our next destination will be Uttarkashi, the stopover for the second dham, Gangotri. Consume your morning food and get ready to depart from your hotel at Barkot to the accommodation booked in Uttarkashi. This ancient city is known as the Kashi(Varanasi) of the north where the Uttarkashi Vishwanath Temple is situated. Driving through the picturesque landscape we will be reaching your accommodation where you can rest and partake of your meal. You can also roam about the city and visit the attractions of Uttarkashi. However, you must sleep on time in your hotel as we have to stay energetic for the next day’s trip to Gangotri Dham.

Day 5: Second Dham: Uttarkashi to Gangotri and Return Uttarkashi +

Distance between Uttarkashi and Gangotri: 97.6 km
Duration: approximately 3 hours

With the hailing of “Har Har Gange” we will be leaving for Gangotri Dham, the origin place of Maa Ganga. Once your breakfast is finished, you will leave Uttarkashi for Gangotri. The route takes you to beautiful Harsil Valley, offering amazing views. You will be dropped at 0.5 km from the Dham because vehicles are not allowed. Walk to the dham, and take your yatra slip at the counter which is free of cost. However, any senior citizens or people with health constraints are travelling with you, a wheelchair service is available to hire. On reaching Gangotri Dham, you can see the beautiful Ganga Temple as the main attraction. Also, there are small shrines of deities like Lord Ganesha, Lord Shiva, Bhagirath, Lord Hanuman, Maa Laxmi, Maa Annapurna, and others. Take your blessings and there is a special counter for organising a special puja. The temple is situated near the Bhagirathi river(source river of Ganga), originating from Gaumukh Glacier (a 19 km trek from Gangotri, which is moderate to difficult of 8 hours approx.). When your darshan is completed, go back to the place where the driver has dropped you. You will be driven to your accommodation in Uttarkashi. There you can eat something and rest for a while. Also, if you wish you can stop for sometime in Harsil Valley.

Day 6: Uttarkashi to Guptkashi +

Distance between Uttarkashi and Guptkashi: 185 km
Duration: approximately 6 hours

Now, we will go to our next destination Guptkashi, the resting point for the third pilgrimage which is Kedarnath Dham. After eating your breakfast, the driver will take you to the ancient city of Guptkashi, also called a secret city. According to Hindu mythology, Lord Shiva was hidden from Pandavas, at this place who were performing penance and seeking forgiveness and salvation after the Kurukshetra war. Our driver will drop you at your hotel in Guptkashi where you can enjoy your meal. You can spend time exploring the streets and ancient sites in Guptkashi. Take plenty of rest as you have to trek 16 km to the revered Kedarnath Dham.

Day 7: Third Dham: Guptkashi to Kedarnath +

Distance between Guptkashi and Kedarnath: 30 km + 16 km trek
Duration: (3 hours)

From Guptkashi we will leave for Sonprayag in the morning of the 7th day of your tour. Eat good food and pack your bags with trek essentials, light food and water to fuel yourself with energy for the Kedarnath Dham. Leaving Guptkashi, the driver will take you to Sonprayag, where you can hire a jeep or include in the package for Gaurikund. The trek of Kedarnath begins from the sacred Gaurikund, the place Maa Parvati has meditated. You have to trek through the rocky path to the Kedarnath, one among the 12 Jyotirlingas. For people who are unable to trek can hire a Palki, pithu, or mule.
If you want to directly reach Kedarnath, helicopter services are available at Guptkashi, Phata or Sirsu.
Pay obeisance to the Kedarnath Shivling and explore the beautiful alpine valleys, situated at the banks of the River Mandakini. You will easily find lodgings, guesthouses and tents near the Kedarnath Temple available for a night's stay.

Day 8: Kedarnath to Guptkashi +

Kedarnath to Guptkashi: 30 km+16 km trek
Duration: 3 hours

We have to leave Kedarnath Dham to Guptkashi on our eighth day of the journey. Before leaving you can attend morning aarti and do darshan of Baba Kedar. Also, quickly take memorabilia or anything you want to take from here. Return to Gaurikund from the same trekking route Gaurikund, and reach Sonprayag where our driver will receive you. He will drop you at the hotel, where you can have a meal and rest for the morning journey. The next morning, we will travel to Joshimath which is our next stop for the last pilgrimage site of Chota Char Dham.

Day 9: Guptkashi to Joshimath +

Guptkashi to Joshimath: 154 km (4-5 hours)

On day 9, the very next morning, you will be taken to Joshimath, the holy town of Sri Adi Shankaracharya. Have your breakfast and grab your bags, and we will immediately leave for Joshimath. Joshimath is the town of various religious institutions and home to people who are seeking spirituality surrounded by snowy peaks. When you reach here you can take a round of the holy maths (Hindu monasteries). Check into your room, have your meal and sleep well for next day trip to Badrinath Dham.

Day 10: Joshimath➡Badrinath Dham➡ Joshimath Return +

Joshimath to Badrinath: 41 km
Duration: 2 hours

We will now travel to the last pilgrimage site of our Chota Char Dham Yatra, Badrinath Dham of Lord Vishnu. Have your morning meal and travel to this revered dham passing through the scenic route of Joshimath. After arriving at the dham, you will be welcomed by the divine darshan of Lord Badrinath Temple which is the centre of attraction. Take a holy dip in Tapt Kund situated near this temple. It is a ritual that devotees must perform before seeking darshan of Lord Badri. After your visit to the temple of Lord Badrinath, devote yourself in the vibes of Badrinath Dham. Also, you can take tour of Mana Village which is just 8 minutes from this temple. After spending a quality time here, we can finally take a depart for Joshimath.

Day 11: Joshimath to Haridwar +

Joshimath to Haridwar: 227 km
Duration: 8 hours

Well, coming towards the end of this journey, it's time to say goodbye to Devbhoomi. Firstly, pack your bags, have your breakfast and leave Joshimath for Haridwar. The driver will descend down from the hilly region to the plains of Haridwar. This 8 hour-drive is scenic and tiring as well, passing through the alpine peaks and meadows. The driver will drop you at your hotel in Haridwar, where we have arranged an overnight stay for you. If possible you can take a walk at Ganga ghat and enjoy the local culture.

Day 12: Returning to Nagpur +

Wrapping this tour with beautiful experiences and spiritual essence, it's time for your return journey to Nagpur. For this, you must depart from Haridwar by bus train or flight. Our driver will take you to the place of departure you have chosen, Delhi or Haridwar.
