Savour the Local Flavors of Devbhoomi

Kedarnath has a vibrant mountain culture; the people here usually bite into traditional Pahari food with mountain-grown vegetables and ingredients. The mix of Garhwal and Kumaon regional foods can be tasted in the nearby dhabas, hotels, and restaurants. Though Mumbai has tasted fast foods and vada pav bites, to enjoy the real flavor and nutrition of mountain savors, come with us on the yatra of Kedarnath Dham:

  • Phaanu is a soaked horse-gram lentil (gahat dal) mixed with a blend of Pahari spices eaten with rice.
