Day 1: Haridwar to Barkot +

Welcome to the Char Dham Yatra with Valley of Flowers!

Our driver will pick you up from Haridwar Railway Station or Airport to start your spiritual journey.

After a scenic drive through beautiful landscapes, you will arrive in Barkot. Check into your hotel, enjoy a delicious dinner, and relax overnight.

Day 2: Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot +

Your journey to the first Dham, Yamunotri, begins!

After an early breakfast, our driver will take you to Jankichatti/Phoolchatti, the base for the 6 km trek to Yamunotri Temple. You can walk or hire a palki/horse at your own cost.

Take a dip in Jamunabai Kund, seek blessings at Yamunotri Temple, and then trek back to Jankichatti. Our driver will bring you back to Barkot for a peaceful overnight stay.

Day 3: Barkot to Uttarkashi +

After breakfast, check out and Go to Uttarkashi.

Upon arrival, check into your hotel, have dinner, and rest for the night, preparing for your next Dham visit.

Day 4: Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi +

Your journey to Gangotri, the second Dham, starts early.

On the way, stop at Gangnani, where you can take a holy dip in the Garam Kund. As you continue, admire the stunning Harsil Valley, known for its serene beauty.

At Gangotri, take a holy bath in the Ganga, offer your prayers. After Darshan, return to Uttarkashi, have dinner, and rest.

Day 5: Uttarkashi to Guptkashi +

After breakfast, depart for Guptkashi, a town known for a strong connection to Lord Shiva.

On the way, enjoy the beautiful views of Mandakini River. Upon arrival, check into your hotel, visit Ardh Narishwar Temple, and enjoy a peaceful night’s stay.

Day 6: Guptkashi – Kedarnath (Third Dham) +

Today, you will visit Kedarnath, one of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva.

After breakfast, our driver will take you to Sonprayag. From there, you need to book a local jeep to Gaurikund (at your own cost), where the 19 km trek to Kedarnath Temple begins.

After Darshan, stay overnight at Kedarnath Dham, experiencing the spiritual energy of this place.

Day 7: Kedarnath to Guptkashi +

After morning Darshan, trek back to Gaurikund and take a jeep to Sonprayag.

Our driver will pick you up and take you to Guptkashi. Check into your hotel, enjoy dinner, and rest for the night.

Day 8: Guptkashi to Badrinath (Fourth Dham) +

After breakfast, Go to Badrinath, the last of the Char Dhams.

Upon arrival, take a bath in Tapt Kund before seeking blessings at Badrinath Temple.

You may also visit Brahma Kapal for ancestral rituals. After Darshan, head to Joshimath, where you will check into your hotel and rest overnight.

Day 9: Joshimath – Govindghat – Ghangaria +

After breakfast, drive to Govindghat, the starting point for your Valley of Flowers adventure.

From Govindghat, trek 14 km to Ghangaria (you can hire a mule or helicopter at your own cost). Upon arrival, check into your hotel, enjoy your meal, and rest for the night.

Day 10: Ghangaria – Valley of Flowers – Ghangaria +

Today! Be ready for an unforgettable experience!

After breakfast, start your 5 km trek to the Valley of Flowers, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Explore the breathtaking meadows filled with rare, colorful flowers. After soaking in the beauty and serenity, return to Ghangaria for an overnight stay.

Day 11: Ghangaria – Govindghat – Joshimath +

Drive back to Govindghat, where our driver will be waiting for you.

Drive to Joshimath, where you will check into your hotel, have dinner, and rest for the night.

Day 12: Joshimath to Haridwar (Return Journey) +

After breakfast, begin your journey back to Haridwar.

On the way, Enjoy the beautiful meeting points of sacred rivers at Devprayag, Rudraprayag, and Karnaprayag. Here, the Alaknanda River joins with Bhagirathi, Mandakini, and Pindar, creating stunning and peaceful views.

Badrinath Interesting Facts

  • In the Kedarnath temple, the Jyotirlinga which is worshipped is the hump of the bull form of Lord Shiva.
  • During the 6 months from Diwali to Akshay Tritiya, the temple remains closed because of extreme climatic conditions.
  • In those 6 months, the worship of Lord Shiva is done from Ukhimath.
  • There is no accessibility of vehicles to the doorstep of the temple, so pilgrims have to trek on that trail.
  • To reach the Kedarnath Dham, the trek starts from Gaurikund which is 16 Km.

  • Gangotri Temple was built by a Gorkha Commander in the early 18th century. His name was Amar Singh Thapa.

  • Mukhba Village is the place where Goddess Ganga is worshipped during the season when the temple remains closed.

  • Valley of Flowers is a world heritage site designated by UNESCO.
  • According to the Hindu tales, the Valley of Flowers is the same valley, from where Lord Hanuman had got Sanjeevni Booti for the younger brother of Lord Ram.
  • The Valley of Flowers is famous as the Heaven of Uttarakhand.
  • To reach there, one has to trek along beautiful trails.

  • Yamunotri temple has a Divya Shila, which is considered important to worship while entering the temple.
  • Kharsali Village is the place where Goddess Yamuna is worshipped during those 6 months when the main temple is closed.
