Kedarnath:
In the Garhwal region of Uttarakhand state, Kedarnath temple is highly elevated at a peak of 3,583 m. It is one of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva across the nation as is greatly voyaged by the devotees despite being a perilous and tough journey. The legend has it, that the sacred sanctum was built by the renowned Hindu saint and philosopher, Adi Sankacharya. Haridwar:

One of the four monasteries often called Math, set up by the Hindu philosopher Adi Shankaracharya, Joshimath is the first northern state religious hub for various temples and holy sites. In Jyotirmath or Joshimath there is a tree called Kalpavriksha which is believed to be 1200 years old still standing just the same. The major attractions of the town comprise a temple devoted to Lord Narasimha which is an incarnation of God Vishnu, temples of other deities such as Ganesha, Naudevi as well as Surya temple.

Being elevated at a height of 1,875m Joshimath is also regarded as a hill station, visited by many adventure seekers and nature lovers. Among the many other significant idols, the Badrinarayan is believed to be a self-manifested statue, made up of Shaligram stone.

Regarding the establishment of the temple, it is widely supposed to have been constructed by Adi Shankaracharya when he located the idol of the God in the Alaknanda River and then placed it in a cave by the side of Tapt Kund. • Laundry Services : We wouldn’t be offering the laundry services for you. So manage it on your own. Though this yatra is only 5 Days long, you’ll not feel the need for laundry services that much.
• Lunch : Under this Kedarnath Badrinath Dham yatra package, we do not serve lunch. But if you want lunch to be included in your package, then ask us to customise your package. On the basis of customisation, the package cost will also be changed.
• Travel Insurance : As of now, we do not offer travel insurance. So be aware of that before proceeding further.
• Palki fare : Under this package, we shall not offer the palki for you. But if you want us to provide you, then customise the package by paying the service cost.
• VIP Darshan : VIP Darshan is not included under this Do Dham Yatra Package. To be honest, you will not need the VIP Darshan, because you will have enough time in each religious site to get Darshan.
• Horse Fare : We do not provide horses for the trek under this package. So if you feel an immediate need for a horse in the trek, then you can hire the horse easily. In every trek of Char Dham Yatra, there are horse service providers, who will help you after paying their fare.
