Rudraprag is the fourth Panch Prayag in the holy confluence of River Alaknanda and Mandakini, 34 km from Srinagar (Garhwal). The prehistoric city of Rudraprayag lies at an altitude of 30.28°N 78.98°E and an average elevation of 895 meters, or 2936 feet above sea level.
